Document roles
A document role sets what a person can do in one filing. You choose the role in the Collaborate dialog.
The document owner and the organization admins can do everything in a filing. Only they can invite people, change roles, revoke access and set link sharing. A person cannot change their own role.

| Review and approval | Approver | View, comment, and approve facts. |
| Compliance | Certifier | View, and certify the filing. |
| Compliance | Auditor | View and comment. Cannot change anything. |
| Compliance | Submitter | View, and submit the filing. |
The Editor, Approver, Certifier, Auditor and Submitter roles can also see the submissions of the filing.
